Yesenia Hernandez

Yesenia Hernandez works alongside Amsi Ochoa as part of the Social Media Marketing Team. Their duties intell supervising MBK Scholars' social media platforms and website.

Yesenia believes they are a part of a wonderful team that encourages and supports young men of color in the best way possible. 

Alongside being a MBK Scholar Intern they are a facilitator for the University of North Texas' Latinx Student Experience. As well as being a mentor in the G-Force program.

Yesenia is a first-generation college student attending the University of North Texas. In the process of retrieving their double bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Converged Broadcast Media with a minor in Spanish, which creates a bigger passion towards the cause of helping young men of color succeed in postsecondary attainment.
